The following rules are mandatory for all participants and must be strictly followed during tournament play.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Breaking any rule will result in automatic team expulsion from the tournament.
All players must be officially registered before participating in any match.
Teams must arrive at least 30 minutes before scheduled game times.
Full team uniforms are required – including clear visible BIBS tops.
Only players listed on the official team roster are allowed to play.
Games will follow standard netball rules with certified referees present.
Each team must provide a scorekeeper or line judge when not playing.
Physical aggression, foul language, or unsportsmanlike conduct is prohibited which will lead to team explosion.
Protests must be filed within 15 minutes of match conclusion, in writing.
No alcohol or drug use is permitted at any tournament venue.
Teams must obey event staff, referees, and club officials at all times.
Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the match.
Games must be played within the time limits assigned.
Teams are responsible for their own equipment and belongings.
Respect the venue – littering, vandalism, or facility damage may lead to expulsion.
No substitutions can be made during the last 5 minutes of a game unless due to injury.
All decisions made by referees and officials are final.
Team captains must attend the pre-tournament briefing.
