Annual Membership Fee $120/year

This fee contributes to:

  • Uniforms and club apparel
  • Tournament registration costs
  • Equipment and gear
  • Club amenities and facilities

Payment plan available: $20/month (12 monthly payments)

Club Rules & Regulations

By submitting this application, I agree to the following club rules and expectations:

  1. Attendance: Members are expected to attend scheduled practices and games. Notify the coach in advance for any absences.
  2. Code of Conduct: All members must demonstrate sportsmanship, respect teammates, coaches, opponents, and officials.
  3. Payment Policy: Annual fees ($120) must be paid within 30 days. Monthly plans ($20/month) must remain current.
  4. Uniform Policy: Official club uniforms must be worn during games and designated events.
  5. Safety Compliance: Members must follow all safety guidelines and report injuries immediately.
  6. Social Media: Members should represent the club positively on social media.
  7. Parental Involvement: Parents/guardians of junior members are expected to support club activities.

Failure to comply with club rules may result in: Verbal warning, written warning, suspension from games/practices, or termination of membership. Fees paid are non-refundable.
